CAN I RETURN MY PIECE?

If there is a quality issue, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it so I can decide the best way to move forward. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee. No refund will be given until the item is in my possession and an inspection is completed. Items returned due to quality issues must be unaltered and un-worn. Each case is different… please know that I will do my best to resolve any issue the best way possible.
I DO NOT accept buyers remorse or change of mind returns. The listings are detailed with measurements and pictures. If you need more info please contact me. I reserve the right to refuse a return at any time.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM PEICE?

Unfortunately no. Custom pieces are made for you. Being a small business I cannot justify the time/materials & cost if the piece is not able to be resold. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your custom piece, reach out to me as soon as possible.

HOW DO I PAY FOR A CUSTOM PIECE?

I send an invoice THAT IS NON- REFUNDABLE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR NO LONGER CAN COMMIT. It is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Once it’s paid, I will begin your piece. If you have not received your invoice, please check your JUNK INBOX.

HOW MUCH WILL MY CUSTOM PIECE COST?

I draw a few options for you to choose from in your desired theme/ style. Along with that I give a quote based off of the stone, material cost, detail and labour hours. This amount can change if you decide you'd like something adjusted in the design while being made (I allow up to 3 changes in the designing stage). I keep the communication line open throughout the process.

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH & WHERE?

I use Australia Post for Domestic shipping which is FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE on orders over $100 or if you need it fast… I’ve added an Express option, which is an extra cost to you.

I offer International shipping to Canada, UK, USA, & New Zealand. Choose with tracking & insurance or neither.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECE?

To guarantee the life of your piece… DO NOT wear it in any extreme or water based activities. If the item is dropped, you could damage the stone.  Avoid major sun or heat exposure. Keep your piece away from chemicals such as jewellery solvents or petrol as they can discolour the sterling silver and possibly the the stone.
Keep it shiny with the polishing cloth provided upon purchase or with a Sunshine Polishing Cloth, which are available in the shop.

FINDING YOUR RING SIZE TIPS & INFO

  1. Measure your ring size in warm temperatures at the end of the day.

  2. If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger make sure to measure both the base of your finger and the knuckle using the printable ring sizer. Select the size in between the 2 sizes.

  3. When considering a wide band, move up half a size from your measurement for comfort.

  4. All of my pieces are American standard sizing.

  5. The average size for a women’s ring is a 6 and a man’s is a 10.

  6. Please remember I do not except change of mind or wrong size returns. If you are using the printable ring sizer, make sure the ratio is correct and that you wrap it firmly around your finger to get the correct size. Measure multiple times, if you're unsure ask someone around you for help.
