CAN I RETURN MY PIECE?
If there is a quality issue, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it so I can decide the best way to move forward. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee. No refund will be given until the item is in my possession and an inspection is completed. Items returned due to quality issues must be unaltered and un-worn. Each case is different… please know that I will do my best to resolve any issue the best way possible.
I DO NOT accept buyers remorse or change of mind returns. Also, please note that re-sized rings classify as custom pieces once they have been altered. All listings are detailed with measurements and pictures. If you need more info please contact me before purchase. I reserve the right to refuse a return at any time.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM PEICE?
Unfortunately no. Custom pieces are made for you. Being a small business I cannot justify the time/materials & cost if the piece is not able to be resold. This goes for rings that have been re-sized. I am not responsible if the size is incorrect, you are in charge of letting me know your size. So check, and double then check again.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CUSTOM PIECE?
I send an invoice THAT IS NON- REFUNDABLE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR NO LONGER CAN COMMIT. It is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Once it’s paid, I will begin your piece. If you have not received your invoice, please check your JUNK INBOX.
HOW MUCH WILL MY CUSTOM PIECE COST?
I draw a few options for you to choose from in your desired theme/ style. Along with that I give a quote based off of the stone, material cost, detail and labour hours. This amount can change if you decide you'd like something adjusted in the design while being made (I allow up to 3 changes in the designing stage). I keep the communication line open throughout the process.
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH & WHERE?
I use Australia Post for Domestic shipping which is FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE on orders over $100 or if you need it fast… I’ve added an Express option, which is an extra cost to you.
If you're local you can choose the P/U at Strange Days Store in Palm Beach, QLD at no extra cost. Please contact me via Instagram DM or the contact form to make arrangements for when pick up is available.
I now offer FREE SHIPPING for my International clientele on orders over $250. This offer is for Canada, New Zealand, UK + USA. If you'd like it expressed, I've added an option for that as an extra cost to you.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECE?
To guarantee the life of your Desert Eden piece(s)… DO NOT wear it/ them in any extreme activities. If the item is dropped, you could damage the stone. Avoid major sun or heat exposure. DO NOT use jewellery solvents as it can discolour the sterling silver + the stone.
Sterling silver does tarnish over time, you can keep it shiny with the polishing cloth provided with purchase or with a Desert Eden Polishing Cloth, which are available in the shop. If polishing a chain, hold the chain at it's weak points and lightly pinch + run the cloth down the chain. For more chunkier pieces, just lightly rub in circular motions until desired shine.
HOW TO USE YOUR DE RING SIZER...
1: While measuring your finger size, keep the sizer round at all times for an accurate reading.
2: Loop the sizer similar to a zip tie.
3: Slide down to your knuckle and tighten the sizer until you have a snug fit.
4: Then push the sizer all the way down your finger and see how it feels. Take note of the size.
5: Then, slide gently over your knuckle and take it off. Re-check the size.
6: Adjust the sizer either up or down until you get the best fit.
Repeat these steps over a couple of days. Weather, diet and the time of day can all affect your ring size.
*Please note, each ring depending on width of the band will fit a bit differently. For a wide band its best to go up half a size if available.
